The kids at Jake's school have been wearing long (baseball like) socks with their uniform shorts to school. Today Jake wore 2 different color socks. However, when I picked him up in the afternoon he came off the bus with one long sock on & no sock on the other foot. Apparently, when he was walking into school this morning he slipped on some ice & fell in the gravel. He scraped up his knee so bad that the nurse made him take off his sock because there was so much blood on it. So...he walked around all day without a sock....guess he got the look he was going for & was really different in his appearance today!!
